You are about to request a new recovery key. To proceed click on "Continue" and fill in the online payment interface on the following page. Once your payment has been confirmed a postal letter will be sent to the address you have entered in your account registration. This letter contains a confirmation key which can be used at the Lost Account Interface to create your new recovery key. Please allow for up to 4 weeks for the letter to arrive.

Important: Keep in mind that recovery letters may not reach you if the address in the account registration is wrong or incomplete. We recommend you do not request a new recovery key if you know the address you have given is faulty. Keep in mind that CipSoft cannot be held responsible if recovery letters do not arrive because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. Also, please note that the confirmation key is only valid for 60 days once your payment has arrived and the letter is sent to you.
