We indeed experienced a Rollback. It seems Dura was not immune to Rollbacks after all on our Release. It was chaotic but the situation was solved and I feel relatively peaceful about the compensation for the loss of peoples time which I take very seriously and am sympathetic too.

Unfortunately at the time of the Rollback our Rollback Protection / Auto-backup did not work properly and was corrupted. Luckily though we have solved that problem and unless we are unaware of something IF there are any Rollbacks in the future we will have Auto-Backups so progress lost will never be more than 60 minutes. For the cause of the Rollback itself we have identified the issue and are working to fix it.

I apologize for the inconvenience to anyone who had to undergo it and you have my word we are working hard so these things don't continue.
