Leona:

Radiate (Passive): All of Leona's abilities apply a debuff to targets that causes them to take bonus damage upon an ally's next autoattack (not entirely certain on this; may not be able to be proc'd by Leona herself, only allies).

Shield of Daybreak (Q): Leona's next autoattack deals bonus damage and stuns the target.

Eclipse (W): Gives Leona a shield that gives her bonus MR and armor for 3 seconds. Afterwards, she deals damage in an area around her. If this AoE damage hits any enemy units, the bonus MR and armor is refreshed for another 3 seconds.

Zenith Blade (E): Skillshot that applies her passive to all targets hit, and allows Leona to dash to the last champion hit.

Solar Flare (R): Stuns in a small area after a short delay and slows in a larger area around it, dealing heavy damage.

While she appears to be designed to be played pure tank, all of her skills have an AP ratio on them.
