Required Equipment
1.
* Rope
* Shovel
* 3 Bast Skirts
* Dragon Shield
* Obsidian Lance

Method
2.
* You must first obtain three Bast Skirts from either buying them or killing Dworc Venomsnipers. Then get a Dragon Shield and a Obsidian Lance. Once you have all of these items go to the A Sweaty Cyclops who's at Ab'Dendriel.
* Ask him for the metal "uth'lokr" (commonly known as draconian steel to non-cyclopes).
* The first time you do this, he will ask you for 3 Bast Skirts so he can make a grass skirt for his wife. He will not ask you for the bast skirts again.
* To make the metal, he will need a Dragon Shield. Give him the shield and he will give you a Piece of Draconian Steel.
* Walk to Kazordoon and take the steel to Uzgod below the Depot.
* Ask him for an "obsidian knife". He will need the draconian steel and an Obsidian Lance to make the knife.
