Please submit a Player Support ticket to ‘Billing’ or respond to an existing ticket with the card PINs for the chargeback payment amount. (Payment in excess of the chargeback amount will be created to the account as RP). Please ensure that the Paysafe card password is not activated or is included on the Player Support ticket along with the card PIN.
Please note that this Chargeback is a violation of our Terms of Use and any future payment disputes may result in a permanent termination of your account. Please read the following excerpt from our Terms of Use:
