Learn what? The problem here with you guys was some words that i did take as option because it is what I want for my server man i already changed it let me know wich rule should i write? If that one is the one wich i need or the problem is because i come here always posting my “shit” servers” in english? I dont want to use google translator since most of you guys understand english i’m doing what any other hoster would do for his server i did post it on br forums too and they never reply like you all here

It's all about attitude - your first reaction to valid criticism was to call ppl haters, instead of just admiting your mistake and fixing it. You reap what you sow, it's simple as that - you call ppl haters you then you get what you wanted (hate).
It's good that in the end you changed it - if you had acted more mature before, I'm sure you wouldn't get so many negative msgs.
