Lurer, in other words, attracting a wild dangers near the place that other player is to try to kill him, or disturbing it's not considered illegal, after all the player has the chance to scape or kill the dangers.
Pushing the player without being to make him Block Respawn or trapping the player avoiding him to leave, isn't illegal.
