When a user makes a purchase with Direct Debit, all bank account information will be verified to confirm the account is both legitimate and properly funded. If the Debit account is found to be illegitimate or not properly funded, the offending account will be frozen until the full negative balance has been paid in full.While it seems like several users are getting away with free RP, we would just like to let you know that we at Riot are proactively locating these offenders and will be issuing them the appropriate consequences. Please be aware that we take such matters very seriously and if you know anyone that may potentially want to take advantage of this, you would be doing both us and the community a favor by informing them with this information.I’d once again like to thank you for your honesty regarding this matter and assure you that the situation is under control.
