Hello,

I'd like to create a new discussion topic, about starters spawning, how we will handle their frequency of apparition in the future.
You all know that you receive a starter once you begin the game, it can be Bulbazaur, squirtle, charmander, etc.
They have to be rare in the world and hard to catch, else they wouldn't be unique and interresting.
In normal games (Except Yellow Pokemon version), you can only have one of them, and to get the others, you have to trade them.

I had an idea about Bulbazaur spawning.
First of all, the starters would spawn only one time in a month, during a specific event. I'd like to describe the bulbazaur's one, to give you an idea about how to imagine your own spawning events.

One time in a month, the day after the full moon, the bulbazaurs/ivisaur/venusaur living in the forests meet to evolve, at noon. If you're there at this time, you can see the big venusaur leader coming and call its brothers, and the ceremony begin with a lot of cool effects and all.
Of course you can't catch them or do anything else than watching (Not too near too. :P).
After the ceremony, all the bulbasaur/ivisaur/etc left, but, from 2 to 5 bulbasaur will stay in the grass/wood around, and by looking for them you may be lucky and catch one.
So basically, the frequency rate of bulbasaur apparition would be ~2.5 each month, after this event.
I'd like to think of similar things for each starters.

For charmanders, I thought of a volcano awakening each months, and for squirtles, of a big wave.
If you want to express your ideas about starters, feel free to it.
