Currently, each Pokémon has a single capture rate, which varies depending on their rarity.
But as some are very difficult to catch and is very low, leaving many players on the injury, opting to not even do Quests catch.
Recasting part of the principle of avoiding injury, basically the system calculates when you've had to spend, and facilitating vai vai rate as you trying to capture. So you will hardly prejudice when trying to capture a Pokémon.
